Safety

RE Lewis Refrigeration is dedicated to developing and promoting a safe working environment for our employees, customers and subcontractors.  We have extensive knowledge and experience with the safe handling of ammonia in refrigeration systems.

 Safety in the workplace is everyone’s responsibility and we take it extremely serious.  We provide our employees with the proper training, tools, and knowledge to assess site conditions.  We select the proper safety equipment and follow the safety procedures.

Fall protection, Lock Out-Tag Out, Confined Space, PPE, and HazCom are just some of the areas that we extensively train our employees.  In addition to an annual safety meeting, we use a variety of training methods including, videos, educational classes, slides and quizzes.
